Grace taught me to trust a fresh thought would show up. It does.

Grace’s calm and steady state of mind in her coach-approach modelled freshness, appreciation and joy. Her approach helped me consciously notice my state of mind.

As a result she helped me unblock anxious energy and I took action with easeful, excited energy towards long held dreams, including a creative idea I’d been sitting on for some years. I’ve even gotten a website with sellable products up! It feels so…fun!

In coaching with Grace one of the most unexpected shifts I got was to stop being at the mercy of other people’s moods and opinions about me.

My main aim in working together was around my coaching business. Before working with Grace I thought I had to do so much to get results, like continuously reach out to people, be on social media, do this course and that. There was a lot of activity, and though I had some clients, it was quite tiring.

Working with Grace I had insights around how guided I have been in my life. That there is a life force working through me and always has. I remember as soon as I signed up with her, an old friend’s name came into my head. I called him and we had a 2 hour phone call – he was in a lot of fear and overwhelm. We did a coaching session and a few days later and he signed up for a 3 months coaching package!
